African Golden Cat
Playful. Flirt. Naive. Curious.
There is nothing extraordinary about Katta. She grew up in a decently sized family; being the older sister of three younger brothers had her helping her mother a lot around the house with chores and cooking dinner. They are a simple family, good morals, follow the code, obey their king. To make some extra money for her family (and herself) she started to work at the royal palace as one of the many servants. All her time with chores and cooking made her a perfect candidate for the job.
When she was a kitten she was one of the popular girls that hung out in a clique but eventually got tired of how mean they could be as they got older. She decided to just focus on her family and whatnot, showing that she cares about family above everything else.
She was made one of Lion-O's personal attendants and had taken quickly to the young prince. He wasn't like the other cats. A bit funny, actually. She questioned his obsession with technology though. She started to view Lion-O as another one of her siblings and started to take on a sisterly (as opposed to civil) approach towards him and cared about him like family. He was easy to tease since he got so flustered easily, but she always managed to make him special treats so he knew it was all in good fun. While improper conduct, the young prince didn't seem to mind.
And so she didn't get in trouble. Despite Lion-O being a year older, she still felt like the elder sibling. Not counting Tygra.
After working at the palace for nearly a year, her platonic feelings started to change. Suddenly she wasn't teasing him in the same way she would tease her brothers; it was more playful/flirty and displayed certain habits she had picked up from being in the cat 'mean girls' group. There was more touching but Lion-O didn't seem to notice. While this would make any other cat lose confidence, this only pushed Katta to make her feelings MORE obvious.
Living in a place like Thundera, one is used to food at her table, a bed to sleep in, a loving family. In a way, Katta is a bit naive. Her mother always needed her around the house so she didn't get out very often besides cat school?, especially when she was younger. As she got older she met other cats her age, dated a few, but she's still young so they were usually just crushes and a kiss or two.
She secretly wants to be a cleric but knows she'll never be strong enough to be a part of the fabled guardian.

Being a curious cat, she always finds ways to get into EVERYTHING around Thundera. She's been in the slums a time or two and finds the difference between the main city and the alleys fascinating. She comes back often and always finds something new to explore down there.

When she was young and hung out with the 'popular kittens' she gained an eye for things that were valuable and it stuck with her. A lot of things Katta likes though are too expensive for her (and shiny, she likes shiny things). It's why she likes working in the palace too.
